Okay so I watched sunday’s episode of Mad Men and is it just me or is everything hinting at death or suicide for Pete? after his depressive omission of feelings of having nothing in Signal 30 (Which the title itself has something to do with death if i remember correctly) the general negative route his storyline has been progressing so far and now all the talk of life insurance at the start of this episode, it seems more and more likely that the character may not survive past the finale.

I have my doubts of whether the writers would kill off one of their main character though as Mad Men is’nt one of those programs where the death toll racks up season after season, plus I know other fans have been declaring for the past three years that Roger’s going to die and he’s still live and kicking, so this is probably all pointless speculation on my behalf but death does seem at least a possibility.

On the whole much better than the last few episodes which were pain inducing to watch. I’m hoping that now Megan has resigned from the firm to pursue acting that we’ll be seeing less of her now or at least her relationship with Don will be less of a focus and instead he’ll actually get to be an entertaining character again.

Finally a quick question, what was Rory Gilmore doing on Mad Men? it was rather weird seeing her all grown up and having filthy adulterous sex instead of reading books and being adorable. On the plus side Alexis Bledel was rather good I thought, she feels more natural at acting and displaying emotion now. Bravo Ms Bledel, Bravo indeed.
